Here's last year's Olde Tyme Christmas Faire flyer

Olde Tyme Christmas Faire

Last year's Olde Time Christmas Faire went on for two days, Saturday and Sunday, December 6-7 at the Rio Vista Museum, 16 N. Front St.  As usual, there was no admission charge, but donations were welcomed and put to good use to defray costs for operation and maintenance of the museum building.  There will be holiday souvenirs for sale and refreshments provided as you peruse your museum.  It will be all decked out in holiday garb.

Two years ago Florence Inouye sewed and donated a beautiful quilt to the museum. It had a beautiful Dresden plate pattern boasting colors of gray, beige and mauve to complement any décor.  We sold raffle tickets at the museum and held the drawing at Xmas Faire.  All proceeds were used to defray operating costs of the museum.

We volunteers on your museum Board of Directors would like to express our many thanks for all of the generous support and contributions that the museum received these past years.

Regular hours are weekends from 1:30--4:30 p. m.

We'll also open the museum during the Bass Derby the following hours: Friday, Oct. 9, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Saturday, Oct. 10, 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Sunday, Oct. 11, 11:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Your Board of Directors meets 7:00 p. m., the second Monday of each month, at the museum.  All members are invited to attend and participate in the discussions.
