We held our third annual Olde Tyme Christmas Faire at the museum, Saturday, December 3, 2011. Many vistors came by to see the museum, join the festivities and enjoy the artisans' displays.
The museum board of directors would like to thank the generous people who made donations to the museum and supported the local vendors. We really enjoyed seeing everyone there, and we're already looking forward to next year's event.
The funds that we raise with our annual hamburger feed, Xmas faire, and your generous donations help maintain the museum. However, we also need volunteers to help us keep the museum open Satruday and Sunday afternoons.
Thanks and kudos to Frontier Communications for recently installing free Internet access at the museum! Our volunteers can now go online to conduct business and research.
There is no admission fee to visit the museum, and it's open weekends from 1:30--4:30 p. m. Your Board of Directors meets 7:00 p. m., the second Monday of each month, at the museum. All members are invited to attend and participate in the discussions.
